故事发现在南方的一个夜晚，天浩去见他多年未见的妹妹天芯，竟然却看到妹妹死在了自己的眼前。怒不可遏的天浩围绕着妹妹的死亡展开了生死追踪，从妹妹天芯家里找到线索，遇到了妹妹的好朋友琳琳，在琳琳的协助下，寻找杀死妹妹的凶手，随着追踪的不断深入，天浩一路打杀，突破层层障碍，一个跨国人蛇集团露出了水面，在香港，天浩潜进了他们的交易市场，发现了他们诱拐妇女和儿童，以竞相拍卖的形式卖给来自全球各地的富豪，而天芯正是因为不服从而惨遭毁容及杀害。天浩陷入了人蛇集团中国负责人宋永东设下的圈套，喝了使心脏萎缩的药，琳琳亦为保护天浩而死，随着天浩体能渐渐耗尽，爱的人一个个死去，面对如此强悍的组织，天浩如何解决眼前的危机？又如何和恶势力抗争？其中又有什么玄机？一切定数自有天意。
